The location of this hotel was in general ok because it was near to most of the interesting places in the area. , the environment around the hotel was really quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were small, but very nice and well arranged. They had all the usual comforts and were more than adequate for my needs. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, with a great variety of cheeses and cold meats, along with lovely fresh bread, fruit, and cooked items.

The staff was very friendly, the room and also the bathroom were very big and very clean.

The external appearance is not very attractive. The bathroom had no heating, but the heating lamp in the ceiling helped.

We loved the location of the hotel, very near to the town centre and the Planetarium U-Bahn. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was great with a mix of cooked and cold items. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Everything was fantastic.

The rooms were big, even the bathroom. Good breakfast, it was nice to have something different to eat, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The location was great, a 10 minute walk to town and less than that to the stadium.

This hotel offered a decent budget option for business people and served as a perfect stopover for travelers near the autobahn. The hotel had a quiet location, and the room size was spacious with a comfortable bed, a desk, and enough chairs. Plus, the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh food.

The hotel was not centrally located, which was a downside for some travelers. Some guests complained about rude waitresses and low-quality food at the adjoining franchise restaurant, which had its entrance and car park.

The hotel was near by RuhrCongress and the studium. The room was well cleaned.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which has a great location very close to the Planetarium U-Bahn, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is not too far from the city center, which is always a plus. I also appreciated that it was a short walk to the stadium, which was ideal for us. The room was spacious and clean, with a generous size bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. I also enjoyed having access to on-site facilities like the Italian restaurant.

I did find the communication with the hotel to be a bit lacking. When I had questions about check-in and check-out times, I did not receive a response back.

Miły hotel, 15 minut pieszo od stacji kolejowej i centrum. W hotelu pizzeria. Smaczne śniadanie, miła obsługa. Rozsądna cena. Nice hotel, 15 minutes walk to the railway station and the city center. There is a pizzeria in the hotel. Tasty breakfast, friendly service. Reasonable price.

Słaba lub wręcz brak znajomości angielskiego przez personel. Poor or no knowledge of English by the staff.

The Staff was nonchalent to unpolite, in best case indifferent.
